In the summer of 2020 Sophia Launched The Modern Erotic a podcast about pleasure and in March 2021 this concept was expanded to offer Sophia’s first course The Art of Self-Seduction. hosted through the digital portal of The Modern Erotic..

The course is a three month journey of inner body connection mixed with creative expression to align, reconnect with the body, welcome in the rhythm of the feminine and inspire courageous creation and ignite desire. A collaboration with three other practitioners, Darshna Parmar, Andrea Balboni and Rosy Moon this course is a journey through the energetics of desire and holding and healing the body.
