“Erotic : Alter”

The first in a series of six, meditating on the organic mysteries of erotic energy. Expressing the journey of how deisres are manifest in to form through this electric current of aliveness.

This piece has one breast, atop a cascade of scarlet fabric.

The breast represents the heart, desire, nourishment and nurture as well as, sensual pleasure.

An divine collumb of light represents feminine bodily wisdom. This piece creates space to honour the inspiration available to us in our menstrual cycle and is a reflection of the desire body where all creation resides.

Divine guidance is open to us, if we sit still enough to listen.

Made with a combination of collage, chiaroscuro and photography.
